UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — A sexual assault was reported to University Police at 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 4. The reported assault occurred on Oct. 31. The exact time of the incident is unknown. The assault is reported to have occurred inside a fraternity house in State College. The victim has reported that a male known to her is a college-aged male associated with the fraternity.
