Jason Aldean coming to Bryce Jordan Center Feb. 26

‘We Were Here’ tour to feature special guests Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Country music star Jason Aldean and his “We Were Here” tour, featuring special guests Thomas Rhett and the group A Thousand Horses, will be appearing in concert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26, at the Bryce Jordan Center on Penn State’s University Park campus.

Aldean’s tour name comes from his current single “Gonna Know We Were Here,” which is nearing the Top 10 on the Billboard Airplay chart. A music video for the song was also just released.

“This song pretty much sums up how I feel like me and my fans live our lives,” said Aldean. “That same excitement is what we feel out there on the road every night, which made it a great name for next year’s tour.” In addition to his own hit records, Rhett has written songs like “I Ain’t Ready to Quit” and “1994” for Aldean. He’ll bring hits from his new album “Tangled Up” to the tour, while A Thousand Horses bring their hit “Smoke” and others from the “Southernality” album on the road with them.Tickets will go on-sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 23.
