Penn State Stripe Out plan for Beaver Stadium announced

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The first Penn State Stripe Out in Beaver Stadium will take place when the Nittany Lions face Rutgers in a primetime clash at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19. Fans are now able to find out if they should don their blue or white as the colors for each section has been unveiled.

Fans can visit PennStateStripeOut.com to confirm whether they should wear blue or white for the game. Additionally, the stadium map below shows the Stripe Out plan. Fans that have provided an email address when purchasing tickets will receive a multiple emails indicating what color their section is wearing. Club suites members will be communicated with directly. Information can also be found on the Penn State Athletics Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Penn State students are asked to wear white for the student White Out against Rutgers. The Big Ten Network will televise the game against the Scarlet Knights.

The Nittany Lions open the 2015 campaign on the road against Temple at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
