The non-conference schedule will be announced late summer with the conference slate available from the Big Ten office in early fall. The Nittany Lions will have eight home league games with the ninth taking place in Madison Square Garden vs. Michigan as part of a doubleheader with Penn State hockey. Tickets for that event will be sold separately with season ticket holders receiving priority purchasing.

There are a host of other season ticket holder benefits throughout the year, including but not limited to:

  •  Complimentary parking ($80 value)
  •  Concession vouchers ($20 value)
  •  Unused ticket return program
  •  Single-game and postseason ticket purchase priority
  •  Attendance reward program (80% of games)
  •  Exclusive pregame buffets (three games)
  •  Discount on Penn State bookstore gameday in BJC (10% off)
  •  Preseason season ticket pickup party
  •  State College Spikes ticket exchange event
  •  Open practice with the Nittany Lions

"It is clear to me that our ticket office and marketing staff has worked diligently to develop a robust offering of benefits to add value for season ticket holders," Sandy Barbour, Penn State Director of Athletics said. "We saw attendance numbers increase nearly 25 percent over the last two seasons and are committed to continue the upward trend, especially among one of the most valued group of fans -- our season ticket holders."

TICKET PRICESAvailable season tickets range in price from $185 (endzone and concourse level) to $220 (sideline event level) and $235 (sideline lower). A color-coded map of price breakdowns is available here.

Season ticket prices have been raised since last season, the first price increase since the 2006-07 season, by an average of $1.87 per single-game ticket.

VIRTUAL VENUEFans will be able to select their season tickets through the Bryce Jordan Center Virtual Venue TM, available in June. Once built, this simulated BJC will provide real-time display of available seating; including details regarding price, nearby amenities and conveniences and a virtual view from the seat. For an example, explore the virtual Beaver Stadium.

STUDENT TICKETSFor the first time, all full-time Penn State students will receive free admission for non-conference home games played in the Bryce Jordan Center. A ticket package for the Big Ten home games will be available for $24 this fall.

"Nittany Nation is an integral part of gameday," Patrick Chambers, PSU head coach, said. "Their energy and enthusiasm greatly affects the atmosphere in the BJC and it is our hope that free admission will open up the doors to even more fans so we can cultivate a true home-court advantage."

A LOOK AHEADThe Nittany Lions are expected to return four starters from the 2014-15 squad, which made a run to the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals before finishing with 18 wins and the most non-conference victories in program history. The highest-rated recruiting class in PSU history will also come on board in 2015-16, joining eight returning letterwinners led by starters Brandon Taylor, Jordan Dickerson, Geno Thorpe and Shep Garner. Garner and Thorpe were the second and third leading scorers down the stretch this season, while Taylor, Dickerson and Donovon Jack all moved into the Top 10 in career blocks while upping the team's defensive presence.
