Penn State Beaver faculty give presentation at University's TLT Symposium

Two Penn State Beaver faculty members gave a presentation at the recent 2015 Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT) Symposium held at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel at University Park.

Angela Fishman, instructor in mathematics, and Rosemary Martinelli, lecturer in communications, presented "Math Meets Pop Culture,” which explored the enhancement of Fishman’s students' presentation skills in math and financial classes using technology and skills taught in Martinelli’s speech courses.

TLT works to "guide the University in the appropriate use of technology to enrich teaching and learning. TLT's services provide the basis for many of the core technologies that drive the classrooms, labs and other learning environments at Penn State.”

The TLT organization consists of people dedicated to its mission to provide the University with services that meet ever-changing needs.
