The Penn State Beaver Office of Continuing Education will host an SAT Review course in April and May. Students from areas throughout western Pennsylvania can register for the course on the Beaver campus website and take the course at the school closest to them.
Course schedule and locations are:
Penn State Beaver9 a.m. to noon Saturdays, April 25-May 30Fee: $225
Montour High School (Session II)6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 14-30Fee: $225
Wilmington High School and surrounding areas5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesdays, April 13-29Fee: $225
Students will use the Official SAT Study Guide: Second Edition, which features 10 practice tests and 20 chapters to prepare for the SAT. Penn State Beaver mathematics and English faculty will teach the mathematics and verbal sections of the course and will be available outside of class sessions to discuss questions and provide tips.
