Penn State Thespians to hold cabaret for charity Feb. 23

The Penn State Thespians is hosting a cabaret to benefit AID Resource, an organization based in Centre County that raises funds and awareness in the fight against AIDS, at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 23 in Schwab Auditorium.  The theme of this year's MasquerAIDS is "Don't Forget Me," and the show will feature songs, dances and scenes centered around whether it is better to be remembered by millions or never forgotten by one. This is a story of different people struggling to leave behind a lasting legacy and learning the consequences of wanting to be remembered. Actors portraying the iconic characters Marilyn Monroe and Freddie Mercury will narrate. Tickets are available for purchase in the HUB Friday (Jan. 23) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the box office before the show or online at: bit.ly/MasquerAIDSTickets
