Students encouraged to submit abstracts for annual research symposium

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Engineering Graduate Student Council is seeking abstracts for the 12th annual College of Engineering Research Symposium (CERS) April 2, 2015, at the Nittany Lion Inn on the University Park campus of Penn State.

The symposium is open to Penn State undergraduate or graduate students in any discipline. It gives students an opportunity to showcase their research to a diverse audience of Penn State engineering and science faculty, students and industry representatives.

Students can obtain feedback on their submissions and compete for best graduate and undergraduate paper or poster awards.

To participate in CERS, students must submit an abstract (maximum 150 words) for a paper or poster via the CERS 2015 website (http://cers.engr.psu.edu) by Dec. 14.

Papers are due Feb. 23, 2015. Posters are due March 20, 2015.
