New graduates celebrate summer commencement

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- This summer Penn State awarded 3,142 diplomas to students University-wide who are completing 202 associate, 1,773 baccalaureate, 889 master’s, six law degrees and 272 doctoral degrees, bringing the University’s number of graduates to an estimated total of more than 742,145.

Graduates, their families and the Penn State community shared their graduation celebrations through social media using the hashtag #PSUgrad.
