Board of Trustees to hold special meetings on Aug. 13 and Aug. 15

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 13, to consider a potential litigation settlement. The meeting will be held via conference call beginning at 8:30 a.m.

The meeting is open to the public for listening and will be streamed at http://www.wpsu.org/live. The board will meet in executive session at 8 a.m. Wednesday, prior to the public meeting.

Additionally, the board's Committee on Governance and Long-Range Planning will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 15, to consider governance reform proposals and suggestions. The special meeting is open to the public and will be held in room 204 of the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel at University Park.
