HERSHEY, Pa. -- The Penn State Hershey University Fitness Center has the strength-training program midlife and older women need: a new six-week session of StrongWomen starts July 21. StrongWomen can help women increase muscle strength while improving bone density and reducing risk for osteoporosis and other medical conditions.
Classes meet from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Monday and Wednesday evenings. Class fee is $50 if paid in advance or $55 if paid the day of the first class. Fitness Center membership is not required to participate in this class.
