University Fitness Center offers new sessions of tai chi

Come learn one of the most respected martial arts in a new six-week session of Intro to Tai Chi starting Wednesday, June 18, at the Penn State Hershey University Fitness Center. Tai chi lowers stress while improving circulation and balance.

Those who have taken tai chi classes can join the longer Level 1 class for the experienced student, which also starts June 18. Instructor Suzanne Martin is also available for private and semi-private tai chi instruction.
