HERSHEY, Pa. -- The Penn State Hershey University Fitness Center is introducing two specialty classes designed to rejuvenate the body.
Tae kwon do, the Korean martial art that blends self-defense with combination techniques and sport, will challenge participants’ balance and coordination in a new six-week session starting May 9.
Kundalini Gentle Yoga, starting May 13, focuses on releasing stress and developing the breath through a strong meditative component. Fitness Center membership is not required to participate in specialty classes.
