Penn State Hershey to hold free skin cancer screening on May 17

More than 1 million cases of skin cancer will be diagnosed in the United States this year. Most can be cured if detected early. As part of Melanoma/Skin Cancer Detection and Prevention Month, Penn State Hershey will offer a free skin cancer screening from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Saturday, May 17, at the dermatology clinic at University Physician Center, Suite 100, in Hershey, Pa.

Appointments are required and can be made beginning May 1 by calling 1-800-243-1455.
