Penn State Altoona offers cabaret puppet theatre

Altoona, Pa. -- Penn State Altoona’s Division of Arts and Humanities invites you to experience the hilarious frenzy and explosive puppet theatre performance that is Incongruous

Created by Carlos Ruiz, threate arts instructor, Incongruous is based on real stories about those living with physical disabilities.  This “newly-abled” puppet show bares all to help the audience understand and become less prejudiced and friendlier toward the different, the eerie, the weird and the odd.
