Survivor Tea scheduled at Penn State Schuylkill

Rachel Mercuri, counselor with the Sexual Assault Resource and Counseling Center (SARCC), is scheduled to speak at the annual Survivor Tea at noon Wednesday, April 2, in the R. Michael Fryer Conference Room at Penn State Schuylkill. Mercuri will speak about her role with SARCC and also talk about a new initiative called “Live the Green Dot.” This event has been held annually for several years. It provides an opportunity for attendees to celebrate survival over life’s challenges, including major obstacles and small challenges.

The Survivor Tea is sponsored by Penn State Schuylkill and the Penn State Schuylkill Commission for Women. Seating is limited and reservations are required. Contact Karen Beruck at kdb132@psu.edu to register.
