Shale Gas Seminar on March 28 to highlight opportunities for businesses

A professional seminar focusing on the keys to success in the shale gas industry is planned for 9 a.m. March 28, at Penn State DuBois. "The Shale Gas Industry: Working and Succeeding in this Expanding Energy Paradigm" is intended to provide organizations with timely information on the shale gas industry, focusing on trends, success, public policy and developing human capital. All representatives from companies involved in this industry, as well as public officials are encouraged to attend.

The seminar is slated for 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Hiller Auditorium on campus. A networking lunch will follow in the Lion's Den Café.  The day's speakers include representatives from the Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research, the Pennsylvania Independent Oil and Gas Association, the Marcellus Shale Coalition, ShaleNET, and Penn State DuBois faculty.
