All-Sports Clinic to celebrate NGWSD on Sunday

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Penn State Lady Lions are teaming with several other Penn State athletics teams to hold an All-Sports Clinic on Sunday, Jan. 26 as part of the National Girls and Women in Sports Day (NGWSD) celebration. The clinic is open to boys and girls that are in eighth grade or younger and will take place on Sunday, Jan. 26 in the IM Building on Curtain Road adjacent to the Bryce Jordan Center, prior to the Lady Lions' CBS game against Minnesota at 1 p.m.

Clinic registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the clinic will begin at 11 a.m. with an autograph session at noon. Clinic attendees will receive a free ticket to the Lady Lion game and the opportunity to purchase $5 tickets for their parents. Fans should park in Lot 44, as they would for the Lady Lion game, and enter the IM Building through the entrance on the South side of the building.

As part of the National Girls and Women in Sports Day celebration, the Lady Lions will be signing autographs postgame on the concourse. Additionally, fans will receive a Maggie Lucas mini-magnetic bobblehead, while supplies last.

Representatives from the women's golf, women's lacrosse, women's ice hockey, field hockey, women's lacrosse and women's volleyball will participate in the clinic. The clinic will feature several stations, so that kids can get a hands-on experience for many different sports, and will conclude with an autograph session. Additionally, participants are invited to take part in the postgame autograph session with the Lady Lion team on the concourse following the Minnesota game.

Reservations are encouraged, but not required. Please send an RSVP to psuladylions@gmail.com. All clinic participants will receive their ticket to watch the Lady Lions take on Minnesota at 1 p.m. at registration. Clinic participants are required to sign a waiver in order to participate.
