Graduate Exhibition registration is open; information session to be held Jan. 22

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Registration is open for Penn State graduate students who wish to enter the 29th annual Graduate Exhibition and individuals who would like to serve as judges. The Graduate Exhibition will be held Friday, April 4, and Sunday, April 6, on the University Park campus. The location will be announced later. Applications for exhibitors and judges are available at http://gradschool.psu.edu/index.cfm/exhibition/ on the Graduate School's website.

All degree-seeking graduate students who are currently enrolled in graduate degree programs at Penn State are eligible to participate and are required to complete the exhibitor application. Detailed information on the application process, guidelines, deadlines to apply and more can be found at http://gradschool.psu.edu/index.cfm/exhibition/guidelines/ online.

Students who are interested in entering the Graduate Exhibition are also encouraged to attend an information session to be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, in 112 Kern Graduate Building. Judges and award-winning entrants from previous years will be available to answer questions, and representatives from the University Libraries and the Intellectual Property Office will provide information on archiving presentations. Students are asked to register for the information session at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XBBZXQZ by Tuesday, Jan. 21. The information session is being sponsored by the Graduate Student Association. Pizza and soda will be provided at the conclusion of the session.
