Spring 2014 faculty research seminar series at Penn State Schuylkill

Penn State Schuylkill's faculty research seminar series for spring 2014 will hold the opening seminar at noon Wednesday, Jan. 29. Bim Angst, instructor in English at the campus, will present “Leaping Narrative Edges -- A Story, Flash, Poems” in the Health and Wellness Building, room 201 on the campus. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served.

Future sessions include:

Feb. 12 -- “The Rise and Decline of Anthracite Production,” presented by Steven Andelin, associate professor of business administration at Penn State Schuylkill. This presentation will be held at noon in room 101 in the Classroom Building.

March 20 -- “Biology and management of the Red Imported Fire Ant (Solenopsis invicta),” presented by Toghara Azisi-Babane, assistant professor of biology, Penn State Schuylkill. This presentation will be held at noon in room 101 in the Classroom Building.
