The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires that all real estate brokers and salespersons renew their current licenses by completing 14 hours of commission-approved continuing education. These classes can be completed in a minimum of 3½ hour increments rather than the seven-hour increments previously required. Dates, locations and methods used for license examinations may vary throughout Pennsylvania.
