Penn State Beaver Advisory Board welcomes newest member

Steve Huggins, plant manager at Eaton’s circuit breaker facility in Beaver, is the newest member of the Penn State Beaver Advisory Board. He joined the group at its recent meeting on Nov. 22.

Huggins is responsible for plant operations at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union facility, which employs more than 400. He has held a variety of leadership roles at Eaton during the past 23 years, including director of marketing, Residential and Wiring Device Division; director of marketing, Molded Case Circuit Breakers; and district sales manager, North American Sales. He also served on Eaton’s Americas’ Marketing Organization and led the company’s efforts to combat counterfeit and gray market circuit breakers in the United States.

He has been involved in strategic planning, product road mapping, profit planning, contracts, acquisitions and Eaton’s Business System.
