York campus raises more than $300 for NAMI

Cool temperatures, and the aftermath of torrential rain and flooding didn’t stop Penn State York students, faculty, and staff, from participating in the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Walk in York on Saturday, Oct. 12. The group of walkers, small in number but mighty in effort, raised more than $300 for the charity. The Penn State York team was sponsored by the campus’ Human Development and Family Studies Club and the Diversity Committee.
