CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The Political Society, in collaboration with the Student Government Association, invites the campus and community to its annual Meet Your Legislators forum at 1 p.m. Nov. 6, in Room 135 at the campus in Center Valley. This event is free and open to the public.
During the program, Penn State Lehigh Valley students will moderate a panel discussion with the public officials in attendance. At the conclusion of the student-moderated question period, audience members will have the opportunity to pose questions to the panel members.
Local representatives in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, as well as both U.S. Senators, have been invited to attend. As of this release, state Sen. Pat Browne (R-16th District), state Rep. Mike Schlossberg (D-Lehigh County) and state Rep. Daniel McNeill (D-Lehigh and Northampton counties) had confirmed their attendance.
