Lion Scouts seek volunteers for High School Visit Program

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Penn State Lion Scouts are seeking volunteers to help with the recruiting of future students as part of the High School Visit Program. There are several training sessions available through November and December.

The Lion Scouts, in partnership with Undergraduate Admissions, return to their high school alma maters and other high schools in the area to share their Penn State experiences and pride. The visits are scheduled over Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks. University Park students interested in conducting a high school visit must attend a training session, after which they'll receive a Penn State T-shirt and University merchandise to hand out at the visits.
