CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- The benefits of a global experience during a student's college career are being stressed more and more. Fortunately for students, these opportunities are becoming more and more accessible with a variety of short-term course-embedded trips that provide not only a potentially life-changing travel experience, but also college credit. Opportunities for scholarships to cover some of the trip costs are also helping to eliminate some of the financial obstacles of participating in a global experience.

Penn State Lehigh Valley faculty are collaborating to offer a number of short-term study abroad options in a range of subject areas for the 2013-14 academic year. Opportunities are open to all Penn State students.
