Three Erie information sessions scheduled for prospective MBA students

The Sam and Irene Black School of Business at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, will host three information sessions for anyone interested in learning more about the college’s master’s degree in business administration.

The introductory meetings take place on Thursday, Sept. 19; Wednesday, Sept. 25; and Tuesday, Oct. 1. Each will be held in the college’s Robert and Sally Metzgar Admissions and Alumni Center.

Penn State Behrend’s Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International-accredited M.B.A. can be pursued full- or part-time, and credit exemptions may be available to applicants who completed undergraduate business courses within the past seven years.

Members of the M.B.A. faculty will be available from 5:30 to 6 p.m. to field questions from attendees. At 6 p.m., William H. A. Johnson, director of the M.B.A. program and associate professor of management, and graduate admissions counselor Ann Burbules will discuss the M.B.A. curriculum, course content and expectations, credit exemptions, application requirements, tuition reimbursement, financial aid resources and Graduate Management Admission Test preparation.
