Admissions Office will offer July programs for prospective students

The Penn State Beaver Admissions Office will host a Spend a Summer Evening Program and an Adult Open House, both beginning at 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, in the Student Union Building.

The Spend a Summer Evening program will offer information about the admissions process, financial aid, the academic experience, and living on campus. Participants will meet with faculty, staff, and students to learn about the campus. Penn State Creamery ice cream will be served.

The Adult Open House will provide information about Beaver’s five bachelor’s degrees in administration of justice, business, communications, information sciences and technology, and psychology, as well as the first two years of 160 other Penn State degrees.

Visitors will meet with a counselor and receive an unofficial review of individual transcripts. If application to Penn State is made that evening, the $50 application fee will be waived.

To register for either event or for more information, contact the Admissions Office at 1-877-JOIN-PSU or br-admissions@psu.edu.
