UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The 2013 Penn State student football season ticket sale will begin on Monday, June 24, and run through Friday, June 28. The senior class again will kick off the annual sale on Monday, with the sale continuing through the graduate student ticket sale on Friday. Penn State students who want to be part of the passion and pride of the energetic student section should prepare for the sale this week to ensure the smoothest experience possible.

A complete set of instructions and the daily schedule are posted at Student Central at www.GoPSUsports.com/studentcentral.

Intercollegiate Athletics recommends that all students eligible to participate during the week thoroughly review all sale instructions before their assigned ticket sale date. Students should also consider printing out a copy of the Quick Start sale instructions for reference while purchasing their ticket. Individual sale dates are determined by credits earned by May 30. It is suggested students check their class standing prior to sale week at http://www.registrar.psu.edu/registration/semester_classification.cfm. All sales will occur online.

More than 21,000 student football full season tickets will be available for the Nittany Lions' 2013 campaign. Students looking forward to being part of what ESPN The Magazine called “The Nation’s No. 1 Student Section,” will witness a home schedule that includes five bowl teams from 2012, including three teams that finished in the BCS Top 25: Michigan (Oct. 12-Homecoming), Nebraska (Nov. 23) and Kent State (Sept. 21). Purdue, Illinois, UCF and Eastern Michigan also will visit Beaver Stadium this fall.

The online sale is open only to full-time registered students with each class being allocated a specific amount of tickets. A "sold out" message will be posted to Student Central when ticket resources have been exhausted for that day's respective class sale.

Students may also purchase the official 2013 Penn State White Out T-shirt or join the Student Nittany Lion Club and begin earning NLC points during this week’s sale.

For more information on important dates as well as the purchasing process, visit www.GoPSUsports.com/studentcentral. Students should note all deadlines and procedures that need to be followed.

Athletics Customer Relations Center hours during the sale week (June 24-28) will be 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Customers can also send questions to studenttickets@psu.edu.
