Madlyn Hanes, vice president for Commonwealth Campuses, said, “I am confident that Penn State Fayette will benefit from (Hall’s) exceptional leadership and sense of community in this period of transition.”

Commenting on Hall’s appointment, Francis Achampong, who will be transitioning to the Mont Alto campus effective Aug. 1, said “I have known Arlene for over a decade. She was a great colleague when we both served as chief academic officers for our respective campuses. I am sure she will work well with faculty, staff, students and the broader community to keep Penn State Fayette moving forward.”
