Gallery exhibit 'Techno-LOVE' begins May 30

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The Gallery at Penn State Lehigh Valley will host a new exhibition, "Techno-LOVE," from May 30 to June 27. An opening reception will be held from 5-7 p.m. June 4. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.

"Techno-LOVE" is a spin-off of visiting artist Thomas Mann's Techno-Romantic designs created by the AP Portfolio students at Palisades and Southern Lehigh high schools. Mann displayed his work earlier this year in the Penn State Lehigh Valley gallery during his "Mann's Mind" solo exhibition. In this new exhibit, young artists address the social concerns of technology and techno love, which has numerous connotations.
