Students commissioned as officers at ROTC ceremonies

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State's Navy, Air Force and Army ROTC programs commissioned students as officers May 10 during ceremonies around campus.

Navy ROTC commissioned 40, Army ROTC commissioned 32 and the Air Force ROTC commissioned 16.
