Curry tabbed Academic All-EIVA

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Redshirt-sophomore Connor Curry (Newport Beach, Calif.) earned a spot on the Academic All-EIVA Team. Curry was one of 10 men's volleyball student-athletes from six of the eight member schools to be honored.

This is Curry's second career Academic All-EIVA award. Curry has been Penn State's starting libero for the past two seasons and is a two-time All-EIVA selection. In 2013 Curry leads the team in digs with 251, averaging 2.37 digs per set.

To be eligible for Academic All-EIVA laurels, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 or higher and have participated in at least 60 percent of the matches played by their team.
