University employees are reminded that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently published a revised Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9. Beginning May 7, all employers are required to use the most recent version of Form I-9.
Penn State units that have not started using the new Form I-9 (Revised March 8, 2013), should do so immediately. The revised form can be found at http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf. Questions about the use of the form should be directed to Recruitment and Compensation at 814-865-1387.
