Conner lecture scheduled for April 25

The Division of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center will present the George H. Conner Visiting Professor Lecture at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, in the Junker Auditorium.

This year’s speaker, Dr. Robin T. Cotton, will present “Endoscopic Airway Surgery: Tools We Have Used from Our Colleagues.”

Cotton was the director of the Department of Pediatric Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center from 1974 until October, 2012. He is a professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (HNS) at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and is currently the director of the Aerodigestive and Sleep Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Cotton helped build the world’s premier center for the diagnosis and treatment of airway abnormalities in children. He was instrumental in developing the Airway Management Unit, which provides state-of-the-art care for children with airway compromise.
