The Alle-Kiksi Society's 14th annual Alumni Golf Scramble is set for 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9, at The Links at Spring Church in Apollo.

Co-hosted by Penn State New Kensington, the tournament is open to alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and friends of Penn State. The $110 entry fee includes dinner, refreshments and awards. Various golf packages are available including foursomes, tee sponsorships and "dinner only." Tee sponsorships are available for $100.

Proceeds benefit the society's endowed scholarship that is awarded annually to New Kensington campus students. Senior Lauren Richards and junior Brandi Ritenour, were awarded a total of $3,200 for the 2012-13 academic year. Since 1998, the local alumni society has awarded $36,000 to 45 campus students.
