Lecture to examine how corporate compensation affects managerial performance

As part of its ongoing faculty research showcase series, Penn State Great Valley presents “Deferred Compensation and Firm Performance,” from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 10, in the Main Building, Room 230, 30 E. Swedesford Road, Malvern. Presenter Bo Ouyang, assistant professor in accounting, will explore the effects and mechanisms of managerial deferred compensations and how they affect firm performance, and whether firms granting managers more deferred compensations will perform better.
