Plots to be available soon for Penn State's community garden

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Penn State Organic Community Garden will soon be accepting applications for garden plots for the 2013 growing season. The garden is located along Porter Road, just south of Medlar Field. Membership is open to all Penn State faculty, staff, students and community members. Benefits of membership include a 10-foot by 15-foot plot, access to tools and compost, and free educational workshops during the growing season.
