Blissell Library Open to the Public

Looking for Kurt Vonnegut's "Cat's Cradle?" Wondering where you can get a copy of Dan Jenkin's "Baja Oklahoma?" Look no further. Because of the University's status as a state-related institution and its strong public service commitment, the resources of Penn State New Kensington's Elizabeth S. Blissell Library, part of the Penn State University Library system, are available for use by the general public, free of charge. These resources include all items in the system including government documents and on-line databases.
