Snow Measures in Feet as Blizzard Blankets Penn State

The large snowstorm that hit the eastern part of the country earlier this week left anywhere from 6 inches to 3 feet of the white stuff across Pennsylvania, closing schools and businesses and canceling classes at many Penn State campuses. While some campuses had to cancel classes two days in a row because of the weather, others managed to dig out and hold classes. Thanks to staff at Penn State locations in Altoona, Delaware County, DuBois, Hershey, Hazleton, McKeesport, New Kensington, University Park, Williamsport (Penn College) and Worthington-Scranton, the Penn State Altoona Newswire is able to provide glimpses of those campuses the day after the big Presidents' Day Storm of 2003.
