Nash presented with Riforgiato Memorial Teaching Award

The Penn State Shenango 2002-2003 teaching award was announced at this year's campus advisory board annual dinner meeting. Philip Nash, assistant professor of history, was awarded this year's Leonard Riforgiato Memorial Teaching Award. Nash joined the Penn State Shenango faculty in 1999 to teach various history courses including both regular and honor classes. He graduated cum laude in 1985 with a bachelor's degree from Occidental College, earned a master's degree from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University in Boston, and his doctorate in history from Ohio University in 1994.
