Blasdell named Penn Stater of the quarter

John Blasdell of DuBois has been named Penn Stater of the Quarter for the summer 2003 session. A representative in the continuing education department, he has been with the DuBois campus for over four years. Blasdell, who provides contract services to regional employers, was honored for dedication to the campus and for his outstanding outreach to the region. In nominating Blasdell for this honor, one colleague noted: "John is an extremely valuable member of the Penn State DuBois and the continuing education team. He has aggressively taken on the responsibility of corporate training and, in a short period of time, developed many substantial and value-added programming for regional organizations."
