Folgelsville, Pa. -- The Penn State Lehigh Valley APG alumni organization will host their annual Art Auction and Silent Auction on Saturday, Oct. 18 from 6 to 10 p.m. The event will take place at the Penn State Lehigh Valley campus in Fogelsville.
The preview starts at 6 p.m. and gives the bidder an opportunity to ask questions about any art piece on display. Ross Galleries LLV (formerly Avatar Galleries) will bring framed art from their Philadelphia gallery to the Lehigh Valley campus for this special event. The artistic selections will include original oils, limited production prints and serigraphs in every price range. Plus, Ross Galleries offers the ability to exchange a piece for full store credit on another piece at their main gallery.
From 6 to 7 p.m., there will be a silent auction featuring a wide selection of one-of-a-kind Penn State items, gift baskets and special offerings from many local merchants.
All proceeds from this event benefit the Penn State Lehigh Valley APG's First-Year Scholarship Endowment Fund. Complimentary beverages and appetizers will be offered throughout the evening.
