Alumna honored by Concordia Historical Institute

A graduate of Penn State Harrisburg's master's degree program in American Studies has earned the Award of Commendation from Concordia Historical Institute for an article she wrote on Henry M. Muhlenberg. Nancy Kettering Frye, a 1991 graduate and resident of Lebanon, Pa., was honored at the 29th annual awards banquet on the Concordia Seminary campus in St. Louis, Mo. Her article, "Trusting in Providence: Henry Melchoir Muhlenberg, the Year 1776," is a story of Muhlenberg's actions in trying times.
