Building construction ahead of schedule

Members of the DuBois Educational Foundation, the Penn State DuBois advisory board, learned at their most recent meeting that construction of their new Workforce Development and Technology Center Building is making good progress, as is the campaign for private support to fund the construction. "Construction on the new building is running slightly ahead of schedule," reported John Luchini, director of business services. "There is heat inside the building and quite a bit is being done inside. Work on the exterior continues, too, whenever the temperatures are high enough. Overall, we're making good progress." Luchini said the project is on target for a mid-summer completion date. Foundation president Ross Donahue said the campaign to raise private support to fund completion of the building is also making good progress.
