Schuylkill campus offers food safety certification training

By July 1, one supervisory employee in a licensed food establishment must be certified in food safety and sanitation in order to be in compliance with the state's Department of Agriculture Food Employee Certification Act. Penn State is bringing the courses that fulfill those requirements to Schuylkill county.
