Jennifer deCoste joins Penn State Altoona staff

Jennifer deCoste has been named Director of Institutional Equity and Diversity at Penn State Altoona. In this newly-reorganized position, she will oversee all Penn State organizations that are of a diverse nature, including groups whose activities are related to ethnicity and race, sexual orientation and religious affairs, and groups for adult students and students with disabilities. She will also help create a campus-wide diversity plan and diversity-related programs and activities. Prior to joining the Penn State Altoona staff, deCoste worked for the past three years at Penn State's University Park campus as a Senior Training Analyst.
