Cecere re-elected to education and research foundation board

Penn State Harrisburg Associate Professor of Engineering Joseph Cecere has been re-elected to another term on the Education and Research Foundation Board of the National Associated General Contractors of America.
Cecere is the chair of the Structural Design and Construction Technology program at Penn State Harrisburg.
