Information session on training and development certificate program scheduled

An information session on the training and development certificate program available at Penn State will be held Tuesday, June 29 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lancaster Center. The Lancaster Center is located at the Greenfield Corporate Center. Training and development is a systematic process for analyzing and improving employee performance in organizations. All classes in the 12-credit certificate program are delivered to The Lancaster Center through the Penn State Harrisburg master's degree program in training and development. All courses in the certificate program can be used toward the master's degree.
