Readership program provides free newspapers to students

Penn State students at the University Park campus are reminded that "The New York Times," "USA Today" and the "Centre Daily Times," are available to them free of charge, Monday through Friday, via the newspaper dispensing machines on campus. Students can access the papers using their student ID card. The Newspaper Readership Program is offered at 20 Penn State campuses offering undergraduate programs as well as Penn State's Dickinson School of Law. Last year, Penn State students read more than 1.8 million local, regional and national newspapers, securing the University's position as having the largest newspaper readership program at any university in the nation.
